Halftone Effect
I decided to chose Danny Davito for my Halftone Effect, the first thing I had to do was cut out his head and add a circle behind his head, I made sure that there was no background outline, instead of using magic wand I cut around his head using the polygonal lasso tool. After that, I had to flatten the image so I could use the bitmap mode, I then used the gradient map to chose a color. I chose the color of blue and red.
